Shipping & Delivery Methods:  Shipping and delivery methods depend on the weight of products, customers generally order through website. We may use pickup, bicycle, rickshaw, car etc. for local delivery in Dhaka city.

Delivery methods also include Same Day delivery, Free Delivery, Flat Rate Delivery, Local Delivery and Bulk Items Delivery.

Shipping & Delivery Cost:  Shipping & Delivery Cost will be applicable as per chart. Cost is determined as per delivery time, weight, area/ zone.

Delivery Area: In initial stage, delivery area covers only Dhanmondi, Lalmatia, Moghbazar, Gulshan, Rampura, Khilgaon, siddheswari.Customers may mention delivery date in checkout page while he/ she orders product and we will try to delivery him/ her within the date he mentioned.

Delivery Time:  Customers may mention delivery date while he/she orders product on Checkout Pageand we try to delivery you within the date he/ she mentioned.Customer will receive product as per shipment address.

Tracking Order:  Customers may check hos order status for shipping & Delivery through Tracking Order tab and Shipping Status Tab in his account.

Delivery Delay:  Delivery delay can disrupt the customer experience. Unavoidable & unexpected conditions effect on delivery date, such as: Bad weather, earthquake, political issues and holidays.

Lost or damaged package:  If customer’s package is lost or damaged, he will be not liable for that and we will inform him for the delay of delivery. If customers face any types of crucial problems regarding delivery and shipment, customers should email through his account for help.

Return & Exchange Policy:  If customer’s mind is changed, he/ she may cancel order before shipment & delivery process as per return policy.
