Return Policy

If your product is damaged/ defective/ incorrect/ incomplete/ low quality then you may request for return though your profile in website within 3-5 days from the date of delivery. (Conditions depend on judgment/ situation);

           For return an item, please go to you profile> order > and click on “Return Items”.

After approval of your return request > we will pick up the product from you as per schedule given to you, within 3-7 days and we will check the current status & conditions of the product you return;

We will change/ replace the product of the customers within 4-7 days after return process is finished successfully;

Or we will back the money to the customers within 4-7 (Conditions depends on judgment/ situation).

If your return request is rejected by any reason then we will send back the product to you.

Caution

  • At the time of return, we (agent) will check, original product’s box including tags, warranty cards and other accessories of our products,
  • Friday and Other Government holidays are considered as working days,
  • Your address is considered during return process,
  • You must have to write your order number on the packet during return your product to our agent,
  • Make sure you have written your order number and return tracking number on your package at the time of drop off.

Refund Policy
